Crew Leaders work with minimal supervision and are responsible for:

 · Demonstrating the company's core values in all areas

 · Driving, operating, and maintaining company and customer equipment to the highest level of safety

 · Maintaining excellent customer relations

 · Ensuring quality control

 · Completion of assigned routes

 · Maintaining accurate paperwork

 · Leading by example in a team setting

 

Requirements for Crew Leader:

· Positive mindset and great attitude

· Mechanical aptitude

· Commitment to customer satisfaction and high quality standard of work

· Ability to learn how to use systems and applications

· Physically able to move items weighing up 50 lbs. and the ability to bend, reach, and hold a power wash gun for extended periods of time

· Must have a valid driver’s license and able to pass a background check.
